We make no other warranties, express or implied, concerning the product or the merchantability or fitness thereof for any purpose. The term lifetime refers to the lifetime of the product. This Warranty is void if the product is repaired or modified in any way by someone other than our Company. We reserve the right to request photographic proof of product defect and request that the defective product in question be shipped to us to verify the defect or to aid in quality control efforts. We do not offer monetary reimbursement nor is the Warranty transferable. The total liability for any loss or damage, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. In no event shall we be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind.

We take pride in the quality and design of our products and back each hard good with a Limited Lifetime Guarantee. If you experience issues with the material or workmanship of your product, we will gladly replace part or all of it, at our discretionfree of charge, with proof of purchase.

Leak Proof Guarantee:

As part of our Limited Lifetime Guarantee, we offer a “Leak Proof Guarantee” that covers a replacement product or component of the same style and sizeincluding shippingif we determine that your product is defective and leaks during normal use. While we take great care to ensure that our seals are “virtually leakproof,” we are unable to truly guarantee that a product will never leak. Leaking that results from damage or improper use or care is not covered under this guarantee.

Stain & Odor Resistance:

As noted above, retained odors are not included under the Limited Lifetime Guarantee. Most BPA-free bottles are prone to retaining odors if not cleaned promptly after use; therefore we suggest promptly washing bottles after every use. Most plastic shaker cups are top-rack dishwasher safe and the BlenderBall® wire whisk should be placed in the silverware bin. Visit the product FAQ page for specific cleaning instructions for a particular product.

Bottle Care Guide:

 General:

All Plastic parts are top-rack dishwasher safe.

Do not microwave, freeze, or boil.

Lid is top-rack dishwasher safe. Hand washing the cup is recommended to preserve its finish. Do not use harsh chemicals (such as bleach, abrasives, etc.). Use a straw brush to clean the straw and fluid passage through the lid.

To minimize bacterial growth, do not use to store warm dairy products, baby food, or other perishable liquids.

Scruffs, Scrapes:

Gently wipe the component down with a Lysol wipe to remove debris.

Soak the component in warm, soapy water.

Gently scrub the component with a magic eraser to remove remaining smudges.

If dishwasher safe, place the component on the top rack and run it through a cleaning cycle.

 Mold:

Scrub and rinse off all components with warm, soapy water.

Spray or soak the components in distilled white vinegar. Leave the vinegar on the components for several hrs.

Mix 1-2 TBSP baking soda with 2-3 TBSP of distilled white vinegar and scrub the solution into any remaining mold.

Rinse the components with warm water, or place them on the top rack of your dishwasher.

Poor Smell:

Scrub and rinse off all components with warm, soapy water.

In a container, make a bath of warm water, soap and vinegar. Let everything soak submerged in the vinegar bath for a few hours. This will help lift the stains and kill bacteria. After the vinegar bath, scrub and rinse thoroughly with clean water and set aside to dry completely. Place on the top rack of your dishwasher if the product is dishwasher safe.

Roll a piece of charcoal briquette up in newspaper, place it in the bottle, and screw on the lid. After a few days, remove the briquette and the newspaper and wash your bottle with soap and water.

Rust Spots:

Our stainless steel products are rust resistant, however, surface rust may still form under certain conditions.

To remove surface rust, we recommend using Bar Keeps Friend cleaner which can be purchased at any of your local grocery stores including Walmart.

Please follow the cleaning instructions on the box to safely remove any surface rust from your bottle.

Remove Sticker Residue:

Using warm, soapy water, gently scrub the area with a soft cloth or a magic eraser. Be careful not to scrub too hard as it may damage the surface of the bottle.

If needed, you may use a solution called Goo Gone or similar. Follow the instructions provided with the solution and then wipe away with warm, soapy water.
