Order Issues
How long would it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are usually shipped out 1-3 working days after the day of order. For addresses in Singapore, courier services typically take another 1-3 days to deliver. For overseas addresses, please expect a longer fulfillment time. Please track your package directly using the tracking number provided with your order details, for a more accurate estimate of your order arrival date.
Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
Please drop us an email at customerservice@owalasea.com. We will try our best to accommodate the changes if the order has yet to be packed.
Can I change to a larger sized bottle and top-up the price difference?
As we are not able to process such a request, please write in to customerservice@owalasea.com to cancel your order and reorder if needed.
Can I change my delivery address once the order is placed?
We are not able to change the delivery address once the order is placed. Please contact the courier directly once your package is shipped for specific delivery instructions.
Can you expedite my order?
We have expedited shipping available should you need your item urgently. Please select this shipping option on the check-out page.
Could I get a quotation on a bulk order?

Can I customise my bottle?

All available stock is listed on owalasea.com. Do bookmark our website and check in frequently as stock will be updated from time to time when shipments come in.

Product Issues
Do your products come with a warranty?
Our products come with a seller-fulfilled Limited Lifetime Warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Page for more information on the coverage, or email us at customerservice@owalasea.com to enquire on a claim.
Can Owala products be used to contain other liquids apart from water?
It depends on which product you are referring to. Stainless Steel FreeSip & Flip, Kids’ FreeSip, Tritan FreeSip & Flip: Not for use with hot, carbonated and perishable liquids. 24oz & 40oz Tumblers, SmoothSip and FreeSip Twist: Can hold carbonated and hot drinks. Always use caution when using our products with hot drinks. Never use our products with liquids hot enough to scald. Please refer to the individual products Warnings and Instructions for Use for more information.
Why can’t I keep hot or carbonated liquids in these stainless steel bottles?
Hot and carbonated liquids may cause pressure to build within the bottle, which may in turn result in the lid bursting open unexpectedly.
Does this product come with a straw? / Is the straw detachable?
Owala bottles / tumblers come with a straw (except SmoothSip). Straws are all detachable (except Kids’ tumblers). Please refer to the Product Description and pictures of the specific product page for more information.
Can this fit into my car’s cup holder?
It really depends on the dimensions of your car’s cup holder. Please refer to the Product Dimensions of the specific product page for more information.
Can your Bottle Boots fit this item?
Bottle Boots are only compatible with the 24oz / 32oz / 40oz FreeSip range. These are not compatible with the Kids’ FreeSip, Tumblers, SmoothSip, Flip, Twist and FreeSip Twist.
What quality of stainless steel are your stainless steel products made of?
Our stainless steel products are made from 18/8 Food Grade Stainless Steel (304 Grade).
Do your products contain lead or BPA?
All our products are lead-free. All plastic components in our products are BPA-free.

These are designed in the USA and made in China.
